Simple ideal. Paint mixer that refills paint cans with the color of your choice: 1500c. Requires artistry. Found in the Hardware department of your local store.

Seconded, but nix the artistry requirement. Just make custom paints more expensive than whatever's in stock.

Artistry is already a huge moneymaker.
